Remember Jessi's bachelorette party? Well this weekend is her wedding! I'm SO excited. She is going to be a gorgeous bride!! And Chris is a great guy, I'm so happy for them! AND we get to spend the weekend with all of our best friends from college. It's the first wedding I've been in (since a 5-year-old flower girl)!

bomb @ss sugar cookies

Remember these creamsicle cookies that were such a hit?! Well it was requested that a make a batch of "Bomb @ss Sugar Cookies" without the orange zest, so I went ahead and made both kinds for my friend's housewarming party.

And they were a huge hit again! (This time I didn't accidentally melt the butter and used less vanilla chips for rounder and fluffier cookies!)

These little shoes are adorable! Which reminds me of the videos we used to watch in college... oh my god, shoes. But watching them again, they are reallllllly weird. But we were obsessed. Especially with muffins. imaginaryyyy.

So while being a tourist around DC yesterday (and walking 6 miles!) We came across this mother duck with a million babies in the reflecting pond!

How cute are they?!

In other breaking news: Sherby has lost all of her eggs. Whatever ate the first two must have came back. :( We are devastated, we loved that little bird. But I did see her hanging out on the sidewalk this morning though! I really hope she comes back, but I doubt it. RIP baby eggies.
