5...4...3...2...1...

For New Years Eve this year, instead of fighting crowds/long lines for drinks/the bathroom, we decided to have a party at our house! It was a great success. We spend the night with about 30 of our closest friends, drank lots of champagne and had a blast! Madeleine made delicious cupcakes (PB&J, and lemon buttercream). Emily made salsa and sausage balls. Faith brought pigs in a blanket. And I made a batch of meatballs in my new crock-pot thanks to my friend Kim!

I am so fortunate to have such amazing friends. Here's to a great new year!

Man, I really LOVE sparklers!!! Here is a heart my sister and I made at the beach on the 4th of July!
